Zack Linick serves as Legislative Director at Innovative Federal Strategies, with a focus on the firm’s defense portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Legislative Director for Representative Henry Cuellar, who serves as a member of the Appropriations Defense and Agriculture Subcommittees and Vice Chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee.
During his time in the House, Zack worked on a bevy of policy areas, with a focus on appropriations, homeland security, defense, immigration, trade, and energy. He managed Rep. Cuellar’s legislative team and agenda, crafting strategies to achieve results for constituents.
Zack graduated summa cum laude from the College of William and Mary in 2016 with a B.A. in psychology.
