Michael joins IFS as a recent graduate of George Washington University, where he earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Business. As an undergraduate student, his academic focus centered on the intersection of private industry and government affairs.
During his studies, Michael worked with the Center for Political Accountability as a research analyst intern, where he gained insight into corporate political finance. On Capitol Hill he interned with Representative Mary Peltola (AK-AL), helping represent Alaska’s unique legislative priorities and deepening his understanding of the federal appropriations process.
