Katelyn Costello is an Executive Associate at Innovative Federal Strategies and brings over a decade of experience in administrative management, communications, politics, and public policy. She most recently worked at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) where she advised the Commissioner and Acting Chairmen of the agency on communications, legislative, and regulatory matters and managed the day-to-day operations of her office. Previously, Katelyn served in the House of Representatives in the offices of two Members of Congress from the New York Congressional Delegation, including as an Executive Assistant and Communications Director. She also spent time working as a Government Relations Specialist at Nixon Peabody, LLP and as a Community Outreach Coordinator in the New York State Senate as well as an adviser on numerous political campaigns.

Katelyn graduated from Le Moyne College in 2007 with a dual B.A. in political science and criminology and crime justice.
