Jeannette Windon has over twenty years of experience working in the federal government, including sixteen years on Capitol Hill. As a former Legislative Director for a House and Senate Appropriations Committee member, Jeannette is an expert in appropriations and the legislative process of both chambers. Working for Senator Mark Kirk from Illinois, she ensured the inclusion of countless projects including infrastructure and transportation ones to assist one of our largest states. In this role, Jeannette also crafted the Senator’s legislative agenda and was the liaison to leadership offices. Jeannette completed her congressional career by working for committees in both the House and the Senate, including for Chairman Ed Royce of California.

Jeannette holds a BA in sociology and international studies from Northwestern University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins.
