Erynn Hook is an Associate at Innovative Federal Strategies. She most recently served as Chief of Staff for a Member of the New York Congressional delegation.  Erynn served in various roles on Capitol Hill for 7 years before joining the firm.

During her time in the House, Erynn managed a team of 15 staff across three offices and managed day to day operations of the office; to include overseeing the office budget, personnel, travel of all staff, schedule of the member, and any other logistical items that needed to be taken care of.  Erynn additionally managed the Member’s Committee agenda, serving on the Energy and Commerce Committee.  Additionally, she drove the member’s overall legislative and political agenda while focusing on her primary issues of Defense, Transportation, Telecommunications and Technology.

Erynn received her Master of Military Operational Art and Science Degree from the US Air Force Air Command and Staff College in 2018 and earned her B.A. in Spanish, with a minor in Political Science from the University at Buffalo in 2012. 

Outside of her professional career, Erynn serves as the Vice President of the Women’s Congressional Golf Association.
